Bee Pollen Maca Vitality Latte
 
 
A creamy maca-and-bee-pollen latte rounded with ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla.

Ingredients:
Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii),
Bee Pollen,
Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale),
Ceylon Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum verum),
Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum),
Vanilla Powder (Vanilla planifolia).
 
 
Direction:  Add  1 tsp to a glass of plant based milk (Oats, Almonds, Coconut etc.) Simmer for 10-12 mins, stir well and consume. You may add to smoothies or warm water. You may sweeten with a tsp of pure honey.....
