A warm, gently spiced botanical latte combining pumpkin seed, maca and bee pollen for a rich, naturally nutty daily drink.

Ingredients:
Pumpkin Seed (Cucurbita pepo),
Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii),
Bee Pollen,
Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale),
Coconut Milk (Cocos nucifera),
Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum),
Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum),
Star Anise (Illicium verum),
Black Pepper (Piper nigrum).
 
Direction:  Add  1 tsp to a glass of plant based milk (Oats, Almonds, Coconut etc.) Simmer for 10-12 mins, stir well and consume. You may add to smoothies or warm water. You may sweeten with a tsp of pure honey.....
